Central Bureau of Investigations
5th May 2003: We, The People of India, admire & appreciate CBI for having made the arrest of corrupt Delhi High Court Judge.This is what "Rule of Law" is called. You have sent a good & clear message to one & all that "Be you ever so High, LAW is Above you"; which fact most of Judges tend to forget the moment after they swear "To uphold Constitution of India & Laws made thereunder". They (the corrupt judges) had/have thought that Law can't reach them except Impeachment.
5th May 2003: Will CBI bring to book the 1000 odd Corrupt Judges involved in present investigated scam ?? Some of Judges who are retired need no sanction to be taken into custody. All Fraud Judges have committed crimes which under certain Sections of Law do not require " Sanction to Prosecute" of either President of India or Chief Justice of India". Shall we hope positive YES in same manner as Justice Mukherjee ?
Few of cases investigated by CBI is given
below for general info. For complete upto-date Investigations, its powers etc.,

But single judge! Chief Justice K.
Veeraswami, charge sheeted for Dis-proportion of
Properties in 1979, as per our knowledge No Punitive action taken
yet.[049.04].
Next: Chief Justice of India A.S. Anand;
Supreme Court , while he was CJI,directed
a CBI probe after a dispute arose over his age in 2000, while allowing
him to continue in office! The investigation report was not made
public.Controversy arose due to scan copy published in Ram
Jethmalani's " BIG EGOS, small men".
Now Mr.
Anand is Chairman of " Human Rights Commission of India"; how safe are
Human Rights & Lefts under him is a Question.
