NOTE

       The Chief Minister desires that land acquisition proceedings in respect of acquisition of   lands on behalf of House Building Co-operative Societies in Bangalore district should be stopped immediately, till the implications of the GVK Rao Committee report are examined and the course of action to be taken there on decided by Government.

      The Secretary Revenue is requested to kindly give immediate effect to the Chief Minister’s instructions and send a note regarding the action taken for the Chief Minister’s  perusal.
