THIS DEED OF RELINQUISMENT made on this thirtieth day of November one thousand ninehundred ninetytwo (30-11-1992) by Sri. R. Narayana Murthy, Secretary, The Amarajyothi House Building Co-operative Society Ltd. Having its registered office at No.40, lakshme Complex, III Floor, K.R. Road, opp; vanivilas Hospital, Bangalore-560 002, hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY which term includes the said Society, its successors, representatives etc., in favour of the Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore 560 020 represented by its Deputy Secretary, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY which term is included his successors in office.

  1. That in survey Nos. 57/1,2,3,5, 58/1 to 9, 66/1 to 12,14, 67/1 to 5, 68/2 5, 69/2, 72 & 82 of Domlur Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, Bangalore, extent of 44 Acres 09 Guntas, the Bangalore Development Authority, bangalore, Sanctioned the formation of the FIRST PART’S private Layout in an area of Domlur Village in their Resolution No. 471 dated 20-12-1982.

  2. That the First party having completed the layout works as per orders of sanction by laying oroads, drains, circles, culverts, C.A. , merefully described in the schedule and have made out this DEED in favour of the Bangalore Development Authority requesting and authorising them for the benefit of the FIRST PARTY and their neighbouring area for the larger interest of greater Bangalore.

  3. The FIRST PARTY hereby agrees that as per the orders of sanctioned the roads, C.A., sites etc., parks and all connections such as underground drainages, water supply lines, street lights etc., shall vest with the Bangalore Development Authority and the Bangalore City Corporation as the case may be free of cost in the land owned by the society were fully described in the schedule and have made out of this Deed in favour of the Bangalore Development Authority.

  4. That the First party having relinquished their rights, handed over change of the as one said area to the Bangalore Development Authority. The second party this day itself in witness where of both the parties have put their hand and seal as under.
